When you sign up to advertise property on our website we may place small data files called "cookies" on your computer.

This type of cookie stores your logon id and password and helps us to recognize you so that we don’t need to ask you for your password on each page when you are managing your account. To process your payments, we need to share some of your personal information with the third party credit card processing company that handles our payments from you. Your contact information, date of sign-up, and credit card information.

In order for users to contact you about the property(s) you are advertising, we share your contact information with them when displaying your property ad on the website.

During sign up and under the admin of your property ad(s), you have the option to hide all of your contact information from website users and receive email inquiries anonomously.

We may share your personal information with:

• Law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties when
  • we are compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order or similar legal procedure
  • we need to do so to comply with law
